About Liming

Liming Heavy Industry (Shanghai) is an operating company independently, which is affiliated with Liming Group, aims to provide a range of stone crushing and stone milling solutions to customers around the world. The well-known brand Break-day (sometimes was also called Breakday) is our former brand for the international market. Liming Heavy Industry (Shanghai) is located in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, China, currently has the manufacturing bases respectively in Zhengzhou city and Shanghai city, which cover with China mainland market and overseas market. The annual output was up to 350 million RMB in 2009.

So far, we have established a whole production chain, of which main products cover stone crushing & screening equipments: Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, Impact Crusher, Vertical Impact Crusher, Hammer Crusher, Vibrating Feeder, Oscillating Screen, Sand Washer, Belt Conveyor;and Grinding Machinery: Raymond Mill, High-pressure Suspension Mill, Ultrafine and Roller Mill, Ball mill and so on. They are widely used in the industry of mining, construction materials, chemicals, metallurgies, transportation, hydraulic engineering and so on. Our products are not only renowned in more than 20 provinces and cities in domestic markets, but also have being sold popularly in more than dozens of countries and areas all over the world like Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Oceania, and Central and South America etc.

The history of crushing products:

From the year 1987 to 1992, we produced mainly the small and medium type crushers. The main products were jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyors, etc.

From the year 1992 to 1996, we started to produce the cone crusher .

From the year 1996 to 1999, our company researched and developed constantly, expanded the production scale gradually, we started to produce large type jaw crusher, impact crusher and cone crusher.

In the year 2000, because of the adjustment of national policy, higher demand was put forward point to the rational exploitation and utilization of resources. We realized the demand of the sand making machine in domestic market, so we sent technicians abroad to study and research and later we designed and produced the PCL series sand making machine.

From the year 2000 to 2002, our company brought in the new technology, improved the spring cone crusher and then the new type CS series cone crusher was invented and produced. We also started to produce large scale vibrating screen, 4 layers vibrating screen was designed and produced at that time.

From the year 2002 to 2004, we constantly studied and renewed on crushing industry, and designed the HPC series hydraulic cone crusher, meanwhile, mobile stone crushing station was started producing.

From the year 2004 to 2006, on the basis of constant exploration and improvement, new type sand making machine VSI series was designed and improved on the basis of the PCL series the new VSI series increased the hydraulic device and newly-designed and improved the main spare parts.

From the year 2006 to 2008, we started to produce the European type secondary cone crusher and PE1000X1200 primary jaw crusher.

From the year 2008 to 2009, we improved the sand making machine again, this time, the new type VSI5X series sand making machine was made appearance, which has higher performance.

In 2010,our new type impact crusher, European type impact crusher was launched into the domestic market and gained good reputation.
